Fried Great lakes Walleyed Pike and Chips

Fresh walleyed pike brined in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour, deep fried and served with twice cooked fries and house made remoulade sauce.  14                                                                                                                

Smoked Sausage and Cabbage

Kentucky Proud beef and pork sausage smoked in house over tea leaves, crisped on the flattop, served atop sauteed cabbage and finished with creole mustard.  12                                                                                                                

Rineys Farm Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

Locally grown hot house tomatoes grown in soil rather than hydroponically, stuffed with house made tuna salad and served on greens with dill dressing.  12

Marleen’s locally grown hot house tomatoes served on house made sunflower sour dough bread with bacon, local lettuce and Dukes Mayonnaise.   10


Seared Tasmanian Salmon Salad

Fresh Tasmanian salmon seared on the flattop and served atop mixed greens, cucumbers and tomatoes that have been finished with creamy dill dressing.    13


Turkey Bacon and Swiss Sandwich

Thinly sliced turkey served on house made sunflower bread with Swiss cheese, smoked bacon, smoked paprika aioli, lettuce and tomato. 10

Mixed lettuces, artichoke hearts, bacon, avocado, chicken,

House Made Tarragon Chicken Salad

A mélange of fresh fruits served with freshly made tarragon chicken salad.   12


Bill’s Burger

A Black Angus burger patty cooked to order, served on a house made bun with lettuce, onion, pickles and choice of cheese.   11


Ham, Swiss and Green tomato Chutney Sandwich

Thinly sliced ham cooked on the griddle with green tomato chutney, served on house made bread with Swiss cheese and finished on the flattop to toast.   10
