House Made Country Pate Ciabatta Sandwich

Pate made with Bittel Farm’s ground pork and walnuts, served on a toasted walnut ciabatta bread with Dijon, Duke’s, lettuce, B&B pickles and red onions.10

 

Pacific Octopus Tacos

Octopus simmered in a rich court bouillon until tender then cooked on the flattop with peppers and onions and folded in corn tortillas fully dressed.  12

 

Halibut Fish and Chips

Fresh Alaskan Halibut pieces brined in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour, deep fried and served with twice cooked fries, creole slaw and remoulade.  14

 

Hot Hawaiian Ham Sandwich

Thinly sliced ham cooked on the flattop with house made pineapple chutney and Swiss cheese, served on sour dough and finished on the griddle to toast.  10

 

House Made Chicken Salad

A mélange of fresh fruits served with freshly made chicken salad.   10

 

Turkey Club Sandwich

Thinly sliced turkey and smoked bacon served on house made sunflower

seed bread with Swiss cheese, lettuce and dukes mayonnaise. 10

   

Classic Reuben Sandwich

Thinly sliced corned beef cooked on the griddle with sauerkraut, served on house made bread with Russian dressing and Swiss cheese.   10

  

Seared Tasmanian Salmon Salad

Mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons all tossed with a creamy dill dressing and topped with a piece of seared fresh Tasmanian Salmon.    14

 

Bill’s Cobb Salad

Mixed lettuces, artichoke hearts, bacon, avocado, chicken,

blue cheese and tomatoes served with choice of dressing.   13

  

Bill’s Burger

A Black Angus burger patty cooked to order, served on a house made English muffin with lettuce, onion, pickles and choice of cheese.   10

 

Bacon and Egg Sandwich
