New Orleans Seafood Gumbo

A classic seafood gumbo made with fish stock, a dark mahogany roux, the holy trinity, fresh fish and scallops and served with steamed Misamati rice. 12

 

Scottish Salmon Croquettes

Freshly poached Scottish salmon bound with eggs and saltine crackers, cooked on the flattop and served with fresh fries, Creole slaw and remoulade sauce. 12

 

Seared Tasmanian Salmon Salad

Mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons all tossed with a creamy dill dressing and topped with a piece of seared fresh Tasmanian Salmon.    14

 

Hot Ham, Swiss and Pineapple Chutney Sandwich

Thinly sliced ham cooked on the flattop with house made pineapple chutney and Swiss cheese, served on sour dough and finished on the griddle to toast.  10

 

House Made Chicken Salad

A mélange of fresh fruits served with freshly made chicken salad.   10

 

Bacon and Egg Sandwich

House made egg salad served on house made sunflower bread with smoked bacon and locally grown Bibb lettuce. 10

 

Bill’s Turkey Club Sandwich

Thinly sliced turkey and smoked bacon served on house made sunflower

seed bread with Swiss cheese, lettuce and dukes mayonnaise. 10

   

Classic Reuben Sandwich

Thinly sliced corned beef cooked on the griddle with sauerkraut, served on house made bread with Russian dressing and Swiss cheese.   10

  

Bill’s Cobb Salad

Mixed lettuces, artichoke hearts, bacon, avocado, chicken,

blue cheese and tomatoes served with choice of dressing.   13

  

Bill’s Burger
