Venison Black Bean Chili   7

 

Classic Hot Brown

Toasted sunflower bread, turkey, bacon and tomatoes and smothered

with mornay sauce and baked in an oven until bubbling.  12

 

Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burrito

Sweet potatoes roasted with onions, peppers and cumin seeds, mixed with black beans, rolled in a flour tortilla and smothered with green enchilada sauce.  11

 

Ham, Swiss and Major Greys Chutney Sandwich

Thinly sliced ham cooked on the flattop with Major Grey’s chutney, served

on house made bread with Swiss cheese and finished on the griddle.  10

 

Bill’s Cobb Salad

Mixed lettuces, artichoke hearts, bacon, avocado, chicken,

Blue cheese and tomatoes served with choice of dressings.   12

 

Tarragon Chicken Salad

A mélange of fresh fruits served with freshly made chicken salad.   10

 

Bill’s Burger

A Black Angus burger patty cooked to order, served on a house made bun with lettuce, onion, pickles and choice of cheese.   11

 

Bill’s Bacon and Egg Sandwich

Egg salad and smoked bacon on house made bread with lettuce.   10

 

Seared Tasmanian Salmon Salad

Mixed green lettuces, cucumbers and tomatoes tossed with a creamy dill dressing and topped with seared Tasmanian Salmon.  13

Classic Reuben Sandwich

Thinly sliced corned beef cooked on the griddle with sauerkraut, served on house made bread with Russian dressing and Swiss cheese.   10

 

Turkey, Brie and Tomato Chutney Sandwich

Thinly sliced turkey and tomato chutney cooked on the flattop, served on

house made bread with brie cheese and finished on the griddle.   10

 

Fish and Chips

Fresh Red Grouper pieces brined in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour,

deep fried and served with twice cooked fries and remoulade sauce.   12

 

White House Farms Tuna Stuffed Tomato

Last tomatoes of the season stuffed with house made tuna salad and served on a bed of mixed lettuces with dressing of choice.   12
