Garnet sweet potatoes roasted with cumin seeds, peppers and onions, rolled in a flour tortilla and dressed with ranchero, sour cream and black bean salsa.  12

A thick soup perfect for a cold day.  


Bill’s Sticky Chicken

Organic chicken thighs brined in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour, deep fried, tossed with peppers, onions and green beans and served atop rice. 1


Ham, Pineapple Chutney and Swiss Sandwich

Thinly sliced ham cooked on the flattop with house made pineapple chutney, served on sour dough bread with Swiss cheese and toasted the griddle. 1


Bill’s New York Strip Steak Sandwich

New York Strip cooked on the flattop with Stilton cheese, peppers and onions and served on a toasted house made roll with horseradish sauce and Bibb. 13


 Classic Reuben Sandwich

Thinly sliced corned beef cooked on the griddle with sauerkraut, served on house made bread with Russian dressing and Swiss cheese.   10


 Turkey and Swiss Club sandwich

Thinly sliced turkey breast, smoked bacon served on toasted house made bread with smoked paprika aioli, Bibb lettuce and red onion. 10


 Seared Tasmanian Salmon Salad

Mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons all tossed with a creamy dill dressing and topped with a piece of seared fresh Tasmanian Salmon.    14
