Fish Tacos Baja Style
Batter fried fresh fish on a flour tortilla with pineapple chipotle aioli and a cabbage salad.  Served with house made potato chips.
 
Sweet Potato Black Bean Burrito
Served enchilada style with salsa, sour cream and avocado.

Bill's Manhattan
Thick sliced house made bread topped with thinly sliced roast beef and mashed potatoes, all smothered with a rich brown gravy.
 
Pasta Samosa
A play on the Indian fried pastry often served from a cart.  Potatoes and peas simmered in a rich coconut curry sauce all tossed with pasta and fresh cilantro.

Salmon Croquettes
Fresh salmon bound with cracker crumbs, deep fried and served with tartar sauce, creole slaw and house made potato chips.
