Beef Vegetable Soup   7

 

Ham Swiss and Pineapple Chutney Sandwich

Thinly sliced ham cooked on the flattop with house made pineapple chutney, served on house made bread with swiss cheese and finished on the griddle.  10

 

Reuben Sandwich

Sliced corned beef cooked on the flattop, served on house made bread with Swiss cheese, creole slaw and Russian dressing and toasted on the griddle.  11                                                                                                          

Fish and Chips

Fresh Halibut cheeks brined in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour, deep fried and served with fresh fries and house made remoulade sauce. 16                                                                                                              

Summer Chicken Caesar Salad

Mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons all tossed with a creamy dill dressing and topped with a piece of seared fresh Tasmanian Salmon.    14

 

Bill’s Cobb Salad

Mixed lettuces, artichoke hearts, bacon, avocado, chicken,

Blue cheese and tomatoes served with choice of dressings.   13

 

House Made Tarragon Chicken Salad

A mélange of fresh fruits served with freshly made tarragon chicken salad.   12

 

Bill’s Burger

A Black Angus burger patty cooked to order, served on a house made bun with lettuce, onion, pickles and choice of cheese.   11

 

Bacon and Egg Sandwich

House made egg salad on house made bread with bacon, lettuce and tomato.  10
