Tuna Stuffed Riney Farms Tomato


A local tomato stuffed with tuna salad and served on a nest of greens.  11


 


Ham, Swiss and Pineapple Chutney Panini


Thinly sliced ham cooked on the flattop with pineapple chutney, served


on house made bread with swiss cheese and finished on the panini press.  10


 


New Orleans Fish Gumbo


Alaskan Halibut, celery, peppers, onions and garlic all simmered in a rich


seafood stock, Thickened with a mahogany roux and served with steamed rice.  12


 


Bill’s Cobb Salad


Mixed lettuces, artichoke hearts, bacon, avocado, chicken,


Blue cheese and tomatoes served with choice of dressings.   12


 


Tarragon Chicken Salad


A mélange of fresh fruits served with freshly made chicken salad.   10


 


Bill’s Burger


A Black Angus burger patty cooked to order, served on a house made bun with lettuce, onion, pickles and choice of cheese.   11


 


Bill’s Bacon and Egg Sandwich


Egg salad and smoked bacon on house made bread with lettuce.   10


 


Thai Sticky Chicken


Organic chicken thighs brined, dredged in seasoned flour, deep fried, tossed with a sweet and spicy Thai chili sauce and served with steamed rice. 11


Classic Reuben Sandwich


Thinly sliced corned beef cooked on the griddle with sauerkraut, served on house made bread with Russian dressing and Swiss cheese.   10


 


Turkey, Swiss and Split Pea Hummus Wrap Sandwich


Sliced smoked turkey and swiss cheese rolled in a large flour tortilla with arugula and a house made slit peas hummus spread.   10


 


Fried North Carolina Catfish


Domestic catfish filets brined in Frank’s Hot and buttermilk, dredged in seasoned cornmeal, deep fried and served with twice cooked fries and remoulade.   13
