Fresh Rainbow Trout brined in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour, deep fried and served with twice cooked fries, slaw and remoulade.  13                                                                                                                

Marleen’s Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

Locally grown hot house tomatoes grown in soil rather than hydroponically, stuffed with house made tuna salad and served on greens with dill dressing.  13                                                                                                                

Bill’s BLT

Marleen’s locally grown hot house tomatoes served on house made sunflower sour dough bread with bacon, local lettuce and Dukes Mayonnaise.   10

 

Salmon Croquettes

Fresh poached salmon, flaked, bound with eggs and saltine cracker crumbs, cooked on the flattop and served with twice cooked fries and tartar sauce.  13                                                                                                                

Classic Reuben Sandwich

Thinly sliced corned beef cooked on the flattop with sauerkraut, served on house made bread with swiss and Russian dressing and lastly, grilled.  10                                                                                                                

Turkey Benedictine Sandwich

Thinly sliced turkey served on house made sunflower bread that has been spread with Benedictine and dressed with local tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce. 10

 

Bill’s Cobb Salad

Mixed lettuces, artichoke hearts, bacon, avocado, chicken,

Blue cheese and tomatoes served with choice of dressings.   13

 

House Made Tarragon Chicken Salad

A mélange of fresh fruits served with freshly made tarragon chicken salad.   12

 

Bill’s Burger

A Black Angus burger patty cooked to order, served on a house made bun with lettuce, onion, pickles and choice of cheese.   11

 

Seared Tasmanian Salmon Salad

Mixed lettuces, cucumbers and tomatoes tossed with our house made

creamy dill dressing and topped with seared Tasmanian salmon.   13
