Fried Fresh Pink Snapper

Fresh Florida pink snapper brined in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour, deep fried and served with fresh fries and house made remoulade sauce.  14


Korean Pork and Kimchee Stew

Pork loin pieces braised with kimchee, garlic, ginger, fermented bean paste and carrots, served on steamed rice and topped with a fried farm fresh egg. 13                                                                                                          

Spaghetti and Meat Balls

Meatballs made from ground chuck and brisket simmered in a fresh marinara sauce, served on angel hair pasta and sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese.13                                                                                                          

Hot Ham, Swiss and Pineapple Chutney Sandwich

Thinly sliced ham cooked on the flattop with house made pineapple chutney and Swiss cheese, served on sour dough and finished on the griddle to toast.  10


Classic Reuben Sandwich

Thinly sliced corned beef cooked on the griddle with sauerkraut, served on house made bread with Russian dressing and Swiss cheese.   10


Bill’s Turkey Club Sandwich

Thinly sliced turkey and crispy bacon served on toasted sunflower seed sour dough bread with Duke’s Mayonnaise and local Bibb lettuce.  10                                                                                                              

Seared Tasmanian Salmon Salad

Mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons all tossed with a wasabi ginger dressing and topped with a piece of seared fresh Tasmanian Salmon.    14
