Spaghetti Bolognese
Creekstone Farms ground beef simmered for hours in a house made marinara sauce, served atop spaghetti and sprinkled with fresh grated parmesan cheese. 12

Cuban Ham and Swiss Sandwich
Thinly sliced ham cooked on the flattop to heat, served on house made bread with Swiss cheese, spicy pickles and yellow mustard and toasted on the griddle. 10

House Made Pimento Cheese and Bacon
House made pimento cheese smoked bacon and lettuce on our sunflower bread.10

Bill’s Turkey Club Sandwich
Thinly sliced turkey and smoked bacon served on house made sunflower
seed bread with Swiss cheese, lettuce and dukes mayonnaise. 10

Classic Reuben Sandwich
Thinly sliced corned beef cooked on the griddle with sauerkraut, served on house made bread with Russian dressing and Swiss cheese. 10

Seared Tasmanian Salmon Salad
Mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons all tossed with a creamy dill dressing and topped with a piece of seared fresh Tasmanian Salmon. 14

Bill’s Cobb Salad
Mixed lettuces, artichoke hearts, bacon, avocado, chicken,
Blue cheese and tomatoes served with choice of dressings. 13

House Made Chicken Salad
A mélange of fresh fruits served with freshly made chicken salad. 12

Bill’s Burger
A Black Angus burger patty cooked to order, served on a house made bun with lettuce, onion, pickles and choice of cheese. 11
