We will be closed at dinner Friday, May 17 for Owensboro High School Graduation.  We will reopen Saturday, May 18 at 5:00 p.m.

Whitehouse Farms grilled asparagus and Maine fiddle head ferns served with a Dijon vinaigrette, parmesan cheese and minced egg whites. 8

Snow white sea bass cured with salt and fresh lime juice all tossed with Serrano peppers, onions, locally grown tomatoes and fresh cilantro.   8

Prime organic pork belly slow braised in a sweet hot bean sauce,

Bill's serves lunch  Tuesday through Friday, and dinner Tuesday through Saturday.  We offer a hand crafted product with an emphasis on seasonality.  Our menu is small and changes frequently.   We pay homage to the rich history of 420 Frederica Street by being an owner operated business.
